What we offer
Two senior reclamation engineers with 40 years of combined experience, all of it on site, embedded with contractor teams. The specialisms below are the ones that actually decide whether a reclamation project succeeds:
- Soft soils & settlement — settlement design and management on soft marine clays, the defining problem of reclamation.
- Seismic design — liquefaction assessment and seismic design of reclaimed land and port infrastructure.

- Rock works & dredgeability — rock placement, dredgeability assessment, marine earthworks — plus quarry assessment, rock source approval and rock quality verification for revetments and armour.

- Soil laboratory setup — establishment and management of on-site laboratories for remote and marine projects.

- Port structures & quay walls — geotechnical support for quay walls and port infrastructure on reclaimed land, where the ground is the critical path.
- Deep excavations & temporary works — retaining walls and excavation support design in soft soils, where the design method matters as much as the soil parameters.
- Verification toolkit — plate load tests, in-situ field vane, permeability testing, field density testing, geotextile field testing, Inspection and Test Plans written and executed in-house.
- Environmental monitoring — turbidity and water quality compliance during fill placement and dredging works.
- Advanced lab testing — Rowe cell, triaxial, cyclic and crushability testing for design and verification.

We understand you will want to verify before committing — we expect it. On request we provide anonymised CVs and a confidential project reference list with client contacts, under NDA if you prefer. Ask for them in your first email.
